can you not just weld a bolt to the original bolt?
you could do it so that the head extends beyond the enclosure thingy and use a
open jaw spanner.

most of the blind rivets i have come across in aviation nowadays are of
mbc type
http://www.cherryaerospace.com/product/blindrivets.html#mbc
the link shows using pneumatic puller but they pull ok with a hand puller, especially if you can source the rivets with a collar already fitted...
if its already had the water pump and thermostat done it may just need a ruddy good bleeding through. this can be difficult to achieve satisfactorily.
check the radiator too i have seen steel ones looking ok on the outside but breaking down on the inside blocking the whole system up.
janspeed...
I have bought a few tins of the dewalt ones in the link below
quite reasonably priced and i have found them to be a lot longer lasting than any i have used in the past.
as said though nothing substitutes using a light touch and allowing the disc to cut rather than forcing it to work too hard...
spinnerette looks like a pcl compressed air fitting, we use that type at work.
found an example on the evil bay but the ones i am used too appear to be larger...
hi
could someone more knowledgeable than me please tell me if this is correct.
basically i have a mb15 torch it seems to work fine but i have just noticed that i can see the end of the coiled wire liner through the gas diffuser holes on the swan neck.
it just doesnt seem right, surely the...
How about mounting the castors on an axle/steel rod at each end of the bench. then use a detachable handle or pole to turn the axle thus raising the bench off the floor and onto the castors. a pip pin or similar to hold wheels down or up.
i used to have a huge facom toolbox that used a similar...
am i missing something on the south coast welding site.
they say a 10 litre bottle can give 8 hours of continuous welding.
now presuming gas flow set at 10lpm wont that mean the cylinder is filled to around 480 bar :o
another thing to consider is barnet refill is £32 but collection...
As has already been suggested i would not buy this blind, too much risk, the buyer is un helpful and has dodgy feedback the pics appear to be a few years old and are probably from when the seller actually purchased the item.
having said that he probably will sell it at that price, simply...
At work they use the two coloured foam stuff to aid tool control.
you could do it cheaper using the cheap camping roll mats they come in all differing colours so as to create a shadow when a tool is in use.
glue two layers together, cut to shape of drawer, draw around tools then remove the...
just shove some rag inside, an old towel or jumper will do. it is quite amazing how much it will slow a pellet down. no need to pack it tight either. it is also very quiet.
i chrono my rifles before each outing, better safe than sorry these days. i fire into a bag of rag in the garage never had...
I bought a few of these (e bay item number 150521510405) from one of the £1 shops sorry i can't remember which one it was.
i don't need the magnifier just yet, but i have dismantled them and used the parts for the same purpose you describe. probably worth buying the one then it wouldn't be...
love the back end minimalism.
but the front just isn't right.
i can see the point,
it's different and a commendable engineering achievement.
but still wrong.
like the lighting arrangement too.
