Maybe try a well established kitchen manufacturer, with their experience they will probably recognise the hinge & maybe supply an alternative that uses the same holes but better quality.
You're unlikely to get much joy from the chain stores, their staff are usually just sales folk with little...
When I got my Rtech 180 I was playing around with settings & managed to get it into spray transfer using 0.8 wire. Took me by surprise as there's a significant change in heat & noise!
Unfortunately I forgot to write down the settings & never found them again!
What about changing the parameters in the vfd to allow the motor to start off slow & build up speed, that would stop the surge of current tripping off the vfd when the motor is starting.
You need to test the cells under load to get a proper reading. Try lifting a heavy pallet whilst testing each cell. The voltage shouldn't drop by much more than 10%.
Xylene thinners will soften the glue on most paint rollers resulting in the hairs ending up on your camper van. In my experience you need to use good quality ones like purdy to avoid that happening.
A standard o/a tip can be used for all processes using o/p except welding. You can weld with o/p but is lacks the correct shielding you get with o/a and results in a weak weld.
This is a standard tip.

My first cyclone drum was a small plastic barrel that imploded on first use. It was replaced by the drum from a Lidl ash vac like yours only without the reinforcing ring & it hasn't collapsed yet!
I've swapped many drill chucks & I've yet to see one loctited!
As said, drill out the screw (they are fairly soft), you can use a tube as a guide to get you started in the centre. Start small, & step up the sizes until the head comes off the bolt.
Put the drill in the lowest gear, clamp it in...
Looks like some type of hardwood. Scrub it with a bleach solution & wire wool. This will kill the green growth & remove some of the faded top surface. Let it dry & then sand until you get an darker, even finish. Finally paint it with a good quality oil based yacht varnish, giving it a light sand...
I used electrolysis to clean up a set of spring calipers that were rusty but working ok.
When I removed them from the tank the spring crumbled into what looked like cast iron. I've never used electrolysis on a spring or hardened/high tensile steel since!
There is the method of heating the plastic with a hot air gun but you have to be careful, too much heat & the plastic warps!
(Don't ask me how I know that) :ashamed:
Single leaves might be ok, on multi leaf you are only painting the edge of the middle leaves & it tends to chip off quickly.
A flexible paint would have the best chance of staying on. Not sure about the Jotamastic 90 but the tractol 329 is a bit more flexible than most enamels. It would help if...
