Not all today. I cleaned up on of the Pop project doors. Sanded off the extensive surface rust and cleaned it with phosphoric acid until there was no rust left. I then had a repair to do to the front lower corner and the rear frame. Cleaning in progress.

I've just panelled the boot of wifey's Pop with 2mm abs. Easy to cut and will bend well. For tight bends I used a heat gun. I even managed to form small "tunnels" for cables.
