Update on this as an email from Zen prompted me. I did not make a decision on the email by the deadline and carried on with life. A while after the decision deadline I had no internet so logged a fault online and the customer service I signed up for swung in to play and the fault was sorted...
I have had an Earlex vacuum on both my cabinets over 20 years and swap it between them. A while back I added a small pair of cyclone filters to each cabinet to catch and separate the media. On the Earlex vacuum outlet I have a Hoover bag to reduce dust, the plan was to duct that outside into a box.

Looks likely part of the valve might have bounced in the chamber before going out into the exhaust and the bits are sitting on the Cat honeycomb. It's a great filter system for catching grenaded parts!
Our Golf mk4 came to us as a non runner with burnt exhaust valves and low compression. The...
I understand the change and reasons, well and truly overdue steering away from copper.

Now I am getting hassled to change contract which means losing the price promise. I spoke...
Vernier height gauge, surface plate and angle block to mark out hole centres in sheet materials topped off with an optical centre punch for unnecessary accuracy. Then punch pilot holes with a Whitney Roper and drill to size.
We had 3 fail at work so I saved them to see if a repair was possible. All 3 had one half of the LED'S failed and the power supplies were giving similar voltages so I cobbled one together. It came on nice and bright and lasted about 30 seconds, I guess the voltage regulators are gubbed.
