Whats it supporting? My experience is that the same thickness stokbord is nowhere near as strong as the equivilent ply and needs a lot more support on the underside or it will sag.

It was exactly this. All three were sticky, I just took them all out and checked them as its so quick to do once you know what you need to do. Longest part was taking the casing off around the pump!
