Possibly this forum might be a better bet, Chunko.
Ignore the "woodwork" in the URL, it has a good metalwork section and all the guys appear to be Aussies

Hi guys
I am going to do some panel beating for some repair panels for my 1958 Standard 10, once the weather has picked up a little.
I have a leather beater bag, and was advised to fill it with fine sintered shot, rather than sand, as shot rolls over itself and does not compact like sand...
If it's a short reach plug remove the head, buy a long reach plug and wind it through from the cylinder side. you have good threads for most of its travel, and just the crossed bit for the last 360 degrees.
Glad to be of help Andy. As I said - seen this loads of times before - I think it needs the fillet across the full width to spread the load, otherwise the power of the opener deforms the top rail.

Hi Tony - yes it is a pub bottle - and obtained from my local too ;)
However, the original poster is JamesJamz and was looking for a refill - I know that the gas thread - the sticky - details someone on teeside, and there is the guy over Whitly bay way too.
Sorry that you have left God's...

you DO need a 1"x1" strip of wood tacked to the upper outside frame of the door - I worked for Henderson doors for the best part of 13 years and have seen this situation before - in fact I was sent to Paris to a new luxury housing development to correct the same problem on 25 garages...
Never used disposables MK - I browsed this forum and decided to jump straight from gasless wire to a pub bottle :D
I am looking forward to getting it together tomorrow ( been too busy ferrying the other half around today, nails, hair & shopping )

Ta for the reply Robotstar - I noticed that it was like a compressor fitting - cool - I will practice tomorrow on some scrap before unleashing it on my resto job - 1958 Standard 10 ( the inner wheel arch )

Thanks MK saw you were online and hoped you would reply - what keeps the little pipe in the adapter tho? - will it blow out with too much gas pressure?
OK guys - I have just received the pub bottle CO2 adapter kit and reg from Weldequip ( and WHAT service !!! 24 hour delivery - thanks Steve! )
I have a question
Do I use PTFE tape on the Reg threads or just screw it on bare?
What keeps the thin pipe to the Clarke 105EN in the hose adapter...
