I have had a nt17 cartridge in my Bora with a 180/340 remap biger injectors and water meth for three year now and averaging 70k a year with no problems..

Yeah its for an x5 its just an example,
And there is nothing wrong with buying used turbos as long as you know what your buying....
Running a tdi with no turbo would be like chopping your arms off to play tennis,
A derv is a compression engine and to turbo charge them you lower the compression to compensate,
why not strip the turbo and buy a cartridge and rebuild the turbo yourself..??
