never needed cleaning, even after 10 years.....as it's Bio...... what came out was checked and permissable to go into my stream.....
if it was in a dry climate I'd have used the outlet via a big...
oh, the good old days......just love em.....
as long as u dont wanna go far or fast and dont mind oil on ur shoes.....

I have a big old un.....French made cast iron effort....
easy to cut 1.5mm but only 4-5 inches in one hit....
but remember they tend to pull off the line.....when I use mine on plate I put it a little out of line so then it pulls / cuts straight......
I have seen a 12incher fairly recently...

drawers for battery drivers n drills..... for spare batts and another for chargers, various drawers for masonary n wood bits.....metal drill bits are seperated fom miniscule to 3mm dia...then 4mm to 10mm and...

I did a print shop floor for a mate.....
had to move a 4 colour printer, a big heavy beast.....use levers off of bits of ply and scafold tubes as rollers ....perfect.....
thought they didn't have a bubble cockpit top.....seem to remember the body work came to the back / top of the cockpit roof.....

remember those original body to chassis mountings were minimal....the factory relied on the weight of the body holding it onto the frame....
dont fancy hanging the body upside down or horizontal my self....

had a 180 most of my working life....sold it on.....
now have a 225amp oxford with a batt charge facility......also have a 480amp Edwards I think.....
all work well.........
my 225 model works better / smoother on three phase......

have found the clamping type Gin traps...? in the past....collected them up and destroyed them....
light section rsj is the norm.....all depends on expected weight carrying capacity and if there will be employees' and or general public.....

if its only for u, I'd be using 150mmx3/4 box section and depending on...
dont worry about the stub axles on radius arms they r nothing special.....
I'd be happy to clean any steel/iron materials......

On occ I sleep in my workshop with 2 dogs plus a 12gauge.....

make a frame with 25x 2mm box tube.....weld the corners and with with heavy pop rivets attach 0.5 galv sheet.....
this will also do for the roof....galv or st/steel hinges also pop rivited will be ok....

couldn't find the leak or leaks.....
so painted the floor every couple of years after binning the carpets and taking the floor plugs out....hahaha...

I have the biggest Evolution circ saw for metal available.....plus their 300mm chop saw.....
I use it to chop of lengths of 8 n10mm plate x 200mm from the storage pile as I cant carry 6m lengths anymore.....
still on the orig blade and its done loads.....
just let the blade cut at its own...
H iron or rsj is to expensive new now, unless u buy used from a scrappy......
either large box section again used or I just make a solid concrete one with plenty of rebar.....
if u do the lay out right weld the custom made hinges to the rebar cage then pour.........
