Looks very good to my eyes...I find paying other people to do stuff like this doesn't generally result in a better job...well done to you.
If the tiles are the natural stone type then there is a sealer...most tile suppliers will stock the sealer...its a bit spendy as I recall!
Oscillating tool to make a little room for the straps maybe?...it's hard to solve without being there I think.
Once you have a few straps and its secure you can look to break it into chunks I reckon.
Can you stick some ropes round it and over the roof joist above maybe? Tie it off while you get it loose and then lower it...ratchet straps should be ok.
I use a similar roller on my nissan Figaro restorations...I prefer to brace the body to prevention twisting. You'd want to be really sure the body/chassis mounts are good...perhaps inspect all the mount areas thoroughly?
Could you start with a sack barrow and build it off the frame...at the very least it should maybe involve some welding :scared:.
Could widen the track...plus raise the clearance...reckon it would be quite portable.
Same here...my house roof was being held up by a 1 brick pier because some numpty had assumed the pier was supported by a wall...which was actually just a boarded up doorway!
Some people should not be working on houses I think!
Quite common...they're hard to buy because if the original purchaser is the seller they're often selling the boat they bought 35 years ago ...not the pile of wood that remains now!
Stick up some shuttering to isolate the bedroom perhaps...then pull all the mess into the hallway.
Sometimes the way that looks the longest turns out to be the quickest!
Hard to see from the pics...in person it's probably obvious...is it just a roof space above?
If there's nothing above any of the doors then the lintel seems a bit over the top for holding up 3 bricks!
I'm not sure I understand...if it spans 2 doors then isn't it supporting what's above?
Need to be 100% sure it's got nothing above....for it's full length!
