At first glance it looks like poor cooling of the top layers.
If you use Prusa slicer, look at the AddNorth default profiles for PETG.
This is what it come out as, pretty happy without tweaking anything.
At least let them know that you're not happy with their level of customer service and will be reviewed accordingly. If you have other options, let them know they will not hear from you again, ever ;)

Even when I ran dual extruders I try to avoid supports. Surfaces will never be as good on supported places.

BuildTak has one sheet made specially for Nylon but I haven't used it.
I have done some prints on PEI that worked great if bed was thoroughly cleaned with IPA.
You can print on glass to but with a tiny amount of PVA smeared out with a wet paper.
I have never encountered nylon stick too hard...
