well finally got the fiesta painted and glass in so now time to put the rest of it back together, and final polish it , the get the engine running , but first im having to put it to one side for a week to put a new front on the xr31 cabby.
Yes checked all measurements with a floor plan someone had, and the other shell I have, also a friend's 1, I was 1.5 mm out on the passenger wing which was second hand, that side wasn't damaged by the impact so pretty sure the panel was the cause of it.
Cross member was the right measurement...
Still got to take the engine and windows out so I can prep for paint, but had to hold out working on it as needed to replace the front panel on my primera, and now awaiting a front panel for another of the daughters cars so I can replace that.
OK after a budget cutter as it will not be used often, and thought I'd ask how good the vevor cut 50 is, or if anyone has and ideas of a good one like I've said won't be used much, as it will be used to cut car panels, where I don't need to drill spot welds.
Thanks in advance

leaving it between coats was ok because it lets the paint flash off basically the thinners evaporates, lot of people leave it for about 15mins i leave it about 25.
You can make your own for very little money i copied one that i found and have used it ok not the best but for 20 quid for the angle iron some hinges for about 2 quid and a length of 4x2 it works itll fold sheet fine, needed one in a hurry , but will probably purchase one at a later time.

New rack was ordered as even after doing lower arm the wheel still turned out a little and on closer inspection it looks like the drumstick come into contact with the inner front wing, so i think it has a curve which is enough to alter the wheel alignment, so to be safe i orderd a new steering...
No not that  Seam sealer then Primer or like me Primer then seam sealer, primer is epoxy primer to help prevent rust coming back on the reworked panels. just curious and would like to know if the way i do it is how others have done.
had some more time down the workshop today so thought i should weld the new inner wing on after checking all measurements , once welded i did another test fit of the wing and old bonnet which has a dent on the drivers corner.
So after making sure that everyting lines up ok and that all the...
