The area that you measured does not do the guiding and so the 0.16mm here is irrelevant, check again on the face below the dovetail angle and go from there.
+1 on make the replacement without a bore, then clock in a toolmakers button on the new support using the machine spindle and use this button as the datum to set up for boring.

The dovetail angle was 55 Deg on an old Bantam, that I made a topslide for (hacked out of an old BR rail chair). I've still got the cutter, that you are welcome to borrow, if it's correct and large enough for yours.
