There's a couple of people on Instagram lately manufacturing their own carbide shank mounted wheels for ID grinders doing exactly as Pete recommends. Buy the wheel grit you want, core with a diamond tile cutter, epoxy in the carbide shank
Yeah they're great machines, hard to find good ones now for reasonable money.
That archdale is very rigid but takes some cranking, although the positioning of the hand wheels is excellent on that machine.
I can imagine it's is a workout to wind that big mill of yours up and down.

You can get longer if required but that small they become a sod to wind in.
