I have the electrostatic magic kit, it does a great job.
That and a bin of dilute vinegar have changed my life!
No more waiting for coats to dry, cleaning guns etc.
Just need a bigger oven.
You won't regret getting one anyway.
Back to you with an update,
Turbo I did call and speak to Jim of JM engineering but he wasn't too interested in selling powder.
I have had lots of phone time on this, but in the end I did have success.
Thanks to anto44 for his link, I contacted Paul at Donegal Powder Coating.
He was happy to...
Just did a quick tart up on my spare vice.

In finest ford blue!
Thanks to MattF for a few tips.
For information a valve spring from a Hino cement truck fits a no6 record!
Sorry lads I have been flat out changing jobs, my feet haven't touched the ground.
I will get on the phone tomorrow as I will have a bit of time.
I'll report back with any information
I have been onto all the powder suppliers I can find in Ireland, but they loose interest when quantities are discussed.
I will try a few of the bigger paint suppliers and see if they carry any.
Otherwise it will be trips to local powder coaters to chance my arm.
I have been getting quotes of £30...
Thanks for the replies, I was intending to buy the big boxes of black and chrome, then smaller amounts of colour.
As usual it's the delivery cost that is the problem.
As you mention it may be worth approaching a few of the local powder coaters to see if they will sell in smaller quantities...
I am looking for a supplier for powder coating powder in Ireland, all the ones I have contacted will only supply in 20 or 25kg boxes which is a bit much for my needs.
Do any of the Irish members have any contacts they would like to share.
Thanks
Ed.
