Hello, been away from the forums for a while and just starting to get back into things.
Last year I bought a Wolf Air 2HP 24L compressor from Screwfix. It's not that good but I did only pay £80 for it in an offer. Anyway I have a small problem with it. It's crap with a nailer, the cut in...
I have a question about linking air compressors together.
I have a Wolf 24L 2HP compressor, (big mistake now, but when I originally bought it for a nailer I wasn't after anything big.) Its maximum pressure is 8 Bar. My dad also has a compressor, fairly old now, maybe 12 years? No idea on how...
The 30A minimum is the welding current, not the power draw of the machine :)

I did the same with a tap that I snapped off in a really expensive part  . Was really pleased. :D Makes sense to just get ordinary steel taps for that reason.
If it's not worth a bean, put it on the front of your house with a sign on it saying "For sale £100 ONO" it'll soon be nicked. Save you the hassle of dealing with it.
Just been searching the net for 75mm cut off discs for my air cut off tool and came across Right Lines who seem to specialise in grinder consumables. Has anybody ever used them? and if so are there discs any good? There on Ebay too and have good feedback but I'm doubting the quality. For...
I'm a Dewalt user, I did use Bosch blue but there batteries for there cordless tools are crap. (Only lasted about a year) My dad was/is the same, Bosh blue and found that batteries were going duff right left and centre, so we both moved onto Dewalt gear. And I can honestly say, I'm really happy...
