thanks bright spark/woz i appreciate the difference between the two, what I'm referring to is that i've seen posts referring to overpowering killing discs too quickly, and similarly the same thoughts on drill bits.
i guess I'm asking what power angle grinder would be best to suit cutting and...
thank you guys, thats useful and works out cheaper than expected.
i watched a video of someone doing this job with a compressor and chisel, which made short work of the panels.
i'll look at what you mentioned, i've read though i need to be weary of having too high an RPM, most entry level...
Hiya Guys, I'm new to forum and on the way to getting some kit and practicing before letting myself loose on my car restoration project.

Thats just what I need, thanks Woz and don't worry about anything, all is good. :)
I'll perhaps try the reels and tips from a place that "fixesscrews" as their prices are low ATM and i'll perhaps invest a little more cash when i progress with greater skill.

As i said before I'm not happy to spend anymore at the moment as i do have so many other purchases to make to get...
thanks for the manual keith, and reference the hastiness of my purchase, not bad for £150 quid i guess.
my line of thought is, I'm new to this, i don't have a huge amount of cash as I'm investing in quite a few tools atm so i'll have to be happy with what i have for now and re-evaluate where...
i guess theres an argument for and against here, but I'm considering using the cheap stuff to train with, but then better results might be observed by investing in some more expensive wire..... any thoughts?
Kai
