I went lower it for a. User and the bed ill not/ stuggles.to lower more than say 6inch now.
The top pinion looks.good. smooth for the start.
Then lower than 150mm and it fells coggy. As in gears jamming

After.weeks and weeks after being messed about on Marketplace I found one and couple miles from home.

Will live there for now. So weekend of sorting dril/taps/mill.tooling and lathe tools.
It pees me off aswell, as the head depot has just spent millions on a new buiuling and it took a coule years to give us £5k for a drill, not much to get an industrial drill is it. .But the Herbert was not good for idiot use. No ES, no breaking at all, it can drill six 6mm holes through 5mm...
Wellndecided to call the buyer to see whay his plans are. He called his driver and he told him not to bother with a pallet/frame or anything. He is going to crane it on his flat deck and strap it down.
Ah well. If he is happy with it. Saves me messing to sort it.

I was sat here wondering that but i need to see who the buyer is sending to collect it thinks maybe. be a lot easier. two 8x4 pallets side by side braced up more to be sure. .
I will see what can be separated, moving it out the way this weekend, I am usully ok with shifting stuff but this is one big awkward bugger. Ill see about the heads ;)
