I had the same yesterday with my we;der and found that the top layer of wire had a couple of rust spots, just enough to make it bind in the tip and burn back.
Once i had fed all the rusty bits through it was fine.
I had my transit painted last week with two pack paint, there are a couple of runs on it and i used these as a means to a price reduction.
Can i remove these runs and if so how?
