Are you sure that it`s the motor thats the problem? Does it work on speed 4? If so, you need the resistor on the side of the heater housing, around £15.
Sulfate of Iron (metal grinding dust is similar) is the job. Sprinkle it on, leave for three or four days, moss goes black, brush it off.

What we used, as IH Main Dealers, from well before 59 was a piece of 10mm or 12mm ( probably 1/2 inch at the time) flat plate on edge. This needs to be cut to exact length of the outside...
Re the bearing numbers - next time look for ones with "C3" after the 6205 2RS. C3 means higher speed (more clearance in the BaLLS).
2RS means 2 Rubber Seals - Just sayin`
