Now I have my Landy MoT'd I'm looking at some more sensible solutions for some of the cooling pipe work. Currently it's a cobble of assorted rubber pipes and Jubilee clips. I can pick up some ready done bends for the majority of what I want but what I really need is a quite complex bend for the bottom pipe. It needs a curve of about 130 degrees at the bottom and then another bend of 90 degrees at 90 degrees to the bottom curve (does that even make sense?) all in 38mm tube. This all needs to fit in quite a small space so things will have to be quite tightly curved.
What I'm asking I guess, is it possible to get tight bends like this in one piece of pipe or am I better looking at just getting the individual bends and welding them together?
