afternoon all...
just a question..they say that virtical down gives less penetration...and is only recommended for non stressed areas...I have watching a video of a professional mig welder welding in a roll cage for a race car...and with a multipoint roll cage there is a lot of out of position welding..most of the guys welding is down hill ie..top of tube to bottom.and all cages are nsra approved....so if down hill is frowned apon why is it used....is there a pacific thickness that's its not used.....
