Hi folks, sorry to do this but i need some help.
Ive got on the case with converting a clarke pro 90 to euro torch, I got the welder for free and the original torch was knackered so i thought i might as well. I got the euro connector fitted ok, and got the trigger working, but i cant get my gas solenoid to work.
Its one of the 230v weldequip ones from here:
https://www.weldequip.com/gas-solenoid-valve.htm
Ive contacted weldequip but had no reply at all...
Ive got two blue wires coming out of the torch. If you touch one on the brass connector then the trigger works, from memory. One terminal on the solenoid is an earth, so i assumed the blue wires would attach to the other two but i get no life out of it if i attach it that way, including the wire feed. Ive tried many combinations but ive no idea what to do.
Anyone any experience with this?
