Hi anybody got a wiring diagram for one of these amate has a problem with his (post flow ) not working
What I meant was if the potentiometer has stopped working and the timer is on minimum post flow this will have the same effect. It won’t allow you to increase post flow time and there for no post flow. Thanks Richard we seem to be getting 27v AC to the board and the gas solenoid , but this was only a quick check as both of us where busy yesterday, there are quite a few components on the 60 mm ish sqaure pcb and an amron relay with 12v on the back of the control dial ? on the timer board,
I was thinking poss the supply rectifier diode may have gone full pass maybe?, the solenoid is working but the post flow is not, also he needs the hf to be on all the time even on DC, not on auto, otherwise it does not keep welding. But that HF has been like that for years.

It’s probably fine but as it’s the easiest thing to check I would do it to be sure.
A simple resistance test between high and wiper, low and wiper should confirm if the pot is working or not.
I don’t know mate in all honesty.Yes Quite
I am not sure if it should be ac as the power supplied there, my thinking is that it should be DC and if it was a simple diode that has failed but in full pass we would still get 27v ac and the relay would work but maybe not the timer as it does but if it was at half wave rec it would roughly tie in with the twelve volt shown on the relay?
