I have been with Zen since the end of 2019, chosen due to good reviews on here and no problems until Openreach came and stuck FTTP outside our house recently in anticipation of the big BT copper switch off.
Now I am getting hassled to change contract which means losing the price promise. I spoke to Zen when they called and said I was happy as is to avoid price hikes, anyone else having the same hassle?
