I've finally built the wife's new shed (only 6 years late!) and am about to put the roof on. The shed is all wood, (4 x 2 framing, membrane, featheredge walls with a 2 x 2 framed, OSB covered roof) and the roof will have a covering of felt.
I'd like to know if it's worth me giving it a good coat of bitumen paint before I lay the felt on. I'm thinking it can't do any harm but what's the concensus?
