BS mentioned there isn't much welding going on here. So here is a repair to a Yamaha YR5 front mudguard with multiple cracks, broken stays and lots of damage.
I welded in 5 pieces and made 6 brackets for the stays. The metal is 0.8 mm and all but welded. The welds also have to be invisible as it's gone for re chrome so no body filler here!
I'll let the pictures do the talking. There was lots of welding, sanding hammer n dolly work and wheeling/ shrinking to get it right.
