bet it does. Nice if you have the kit to do that.
That's looking good snowcat.
Why are the upright flats "wavey" ?
Truth????? I liked the look, and I dont get to do much nice sheet metal work......
I see you have one of Sam's rollers Snowy. Good bit of kit? I'm surprised you'd need it - thought you'd have all sorts of rollers already. Site work tool?
It looks nice, but there is also a very good reason why everyone does thatWhy are the upright flats "wavey" ?
Making sawtooth slats sounds like a job for a job for a plasma profiler...
These are the Sawtooth slats on my TableHave you any idea why sort of pointy things aren't used to support the plate, i'm sure i've seen those on older gas cutting stuff ?

Snowcat, what are you doing about the Plasma smoke and dust?
You will be amazed how much a CNC Plasma generates.
The Plasma dust gets everywhere, and PC's hate the stuff because it is basically vapourised metal!
My setup uses a water table, which cuts the dust and smoke down by 95% highly recommended!
It is also in its own room with a Clarke Dust extractor converted to suck the smoke outside
If you look at the above photo you will see the white walls are slightly stained from the plasma dust and smoke even with the extractor and Water Table
